The Rater Information dialog provides to enter/update information about raters.

| Id | Short-hand unique identifier for the Rater that appears on data entry screens and in drop-down lists. |
| Label | Brief Description used in pop-up menus. |
| Description | Narrative description of the item. |
| Enable Evaluation Fields |
Used to determine which data entry fields are accessible during Evaluation Entry/Update. |
| Staff Role | Determines if it is possible to specify a Staff Role (e.g. Therapist, Service Coordinator) for the person who performed the evaluation. |
| Staff | Determines if it is possible to record the specific Staff Member (e.g. Mable Smith) who performed the evaluation. |
| Case Role | Determines if it is possible to specify a Case Role (e.g. Mother, Parent, Grandparent) for the person who performed the evaluation. |
| Case Client | Determines if it is possible to record the specific Member of the Case (e.g. Jane Smith the Client's mother) who performed the evaluation. |
| Effective Date | Controls Evaluation time period during which this Rater Code can be used. |
| Expiration Date | Controls Evaluation time period during which this Rater Code can be used. |
