Feedback letters are used to report on the progress of individual children back to teachers, therapists and families. Questions can be included (or excluded) and grouped by response value. The Feedback field of the Question Information dialog can be used to control which questions are included in feedback generation.
Feedback information is mail merged through a word processor giving complete freedom to control fonts, introductory paragraphs, etc. This example shows evaluation data merged into a letter template designed to feel like a family reporting on their own progress.
