The Evaluation Response report shows detailed evaluation questions, associated responses, comments, and optionally Outcome Scores. It can be filtered by response type (e.g. show only items with a "Very Concerned", or "Mildly Concerned") response.
Response Reports with questions organized differently than they were during data entry are also possible to support activities such as service planning. The sample response report below also shows that reports can be printed to the screen before they are printed.
