Version Information further controls the behavior of a evaluation tool during data entry or reporting. Check box options control whether the evaluator can enter notes or comments for sections and/or individual responses.
The Version Information dialog provides a place to enter/update information about different evaluation versions.

Specific instructions for handling the version. |
| Use Sections | Specifies whether the tool uses individual questions or groups of questions organized into sections. |

Allow Section Notes |
Specifies whether Rater notes can be recorded for groupings of questions. |
|
Allow Response Notes |
Specifies whether Rater notes can be recorded for each individual question. |
