Norm/Reference Tables
can be referenced using a combination of age at evaluation and any other
Outcome Score. Six value columns make it possible to combine tables reducing
data entry.
The Norm/Reference
Table Information dialog provides a place to enter/update information
about lookup tables.

left are used to locate an entry in the table and the Value columns
correspond to selections in the Outcome definition.
