Section Information is simply used to describe a grouping of questions. Instructions can be entered and displayed during evaluation recording.
The Section Information dialog provides a place to enter/update detail information about Sections. Evaluation Raters can enter narrative comments about a section if Section Comments are enabled on the Version Information dialog.

| Code | Short-hand unique identifier for the Response Set that appears on data entry screens and in drop-down lists. |
| Name | Brief Description used in pop-up menus. |
| Description | Narrative description of the item. This description is available in an information all pop-up during Evaluation Response Entry/Update. |

Specific instructions on how handle questions in the section. |
