Evaluation Definition/Setup

R/Client for Children contains a flexible evaluation definition section that makes it possible to create new evaluation/assessment instruments or to use existing tools you may have purchased from publishers. Once an Evaluation Definition has been completed, it can be transferred to other copies of the software, such as remote laptop computers or even to another agency with whom you work.
The primary Evaluation Definition/Setup options can be accessed from the Main R/Client for Children menu by selecting Setup, Evaluations and Evaluation Definitions. Other supporting codes (listed below) are accessed through the "Tables and Codes" and other Setup options.
Each agency can also have their own sets of the following evaluation related code sets:
- Raters/Evaluators
- Time Points
- Evaluation/Battery Statuses
- Battery Results
- Staff
- Staff Roles
- Case Roles
- Providers
- Projects
