installation and training
- 12 hours
of prepaid support
Additional
support prepayments will be requested once the unused balance
falls below two hours. Prepaid support hours must be used within
one year of payment/purchase (unused hours do not carry forward
beyond one year). There is a two-hour minimum for on-site training,
implementation assistance and support.
