Training, Implementation, and SupportSymServe provides comprehensive training and implementation assistance both on-site and at our office in Pittsburgh, PA. We also offer training over the modem if desired. Complete support and maintenance services are available on-site and via phone, fax, or e-mail through a prepaid subscription plan. Covered activities include: registering clients, maintaining provider/project status, assigning staff, recording evaluation/outcome data, producing feedback letters, producing reports, and transferring data to the SPECS team at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh (if applicable). Agency staff must have access to a modem and a current version of the pcAnywhere communications software. For agencies in the local Pittsburgh area, who do not have access to a modem, on-site visits may be required to resolve some support issues. Agencies are expected to develop and follow appropriate back up procedures to ensure the integrity of their data. CustomizationAgencies may request that additional features, including new reports, be added to the software. A written estimate of the cost will be provided prior to the onset of development work.
